After spending a lot of time building static images for infographics with Illustrator and Photoshop, I will admit I'm a little addicted to Pictochart these days. It sort of feels like they do your job for you, but you can build out some fairly complex graphics in a very short bit of time. Especially useful if you are doing editorial work that isn't easy to explain with just words, it's a powerful little tool. It also has some features that allow the data to update via web-published Google Drive spreadsheet files.
For complex transparency in reporting anything to do with your business/nonprofit consider Tableau or Micrsosft BI to share data via online dashboards.
