Story: Vino Sigers was born in a town far away from Arabel. He got into a spot of trouble with the guard there, after playing a prank on a few ill-liked members of the guard there, and left that town. Along the road he met a wandering bard, who after befriending, he retold his story to. The bard was impressed by the manner the young half-elf told his story and offered to teach him to become a bard, sensing the potential! Vino was delighted and after a year of travel, was ready to head out on his own to further his own life's story. Tales of fame, fortune, and adventure reached Vino's ears, telling him of the city of Arabel and the potential the town held. Vino has since arrived in Arabel, and quickly made a name for himself as a local bard, doing odd tasks, healing, adventuring, and occasionally enforcing the city's laws through his own means when the guard isn't available.
